Queen of Hearts, 1999

Rathkeale performed surprisingly well at the 1999 Queen of Hearts Tournament winning the Seneschal's Quest and Team Grand Melee. Amazingly enoguh, Seraph was unlikely hero in both of these events.

Rathkeale's Finest Here we have Overlord Artex Bluebane wearing the latest in fashion. Note the coordination of the color blue in both the moo-moo and skirt... err... tabbard and kilt. Note the skulls on the mo... tabbard. Yes, this is truly Rathkeale's finest.

Rathkeale PlotsThis may very well be the better side of Rathkeale. Here we see as they plot their strategy for the upcoming day. How will they achieve their goal? What will it take to win? Where can we get a beer?

Rathkeale's ChampionHere we see Overlord Artex, Seraph, and Phoenix as they greet Lord Duncan of Rhiassa, who also happens to be Champion of Rathkeale. Is there some funny business going on here? Of course there is... this is Rathkeale we're talking about.

Lady CatherineLady Catherine is seen sporting peasant garb here. The banner of Old Rhiassa completes the overall look of slumming it.

Not what they seemThings aren't what they seem. As our King and his Pawn get ready for the onslaught, note the pawn with no arms in row 6. He's two moves away from becoming a Queen (insert your own joke here) and will shortly thereafter, dispatch our opponents King.
